Chen Style Taijiquan
Section 1:
36 movement form is completed, introduction to basic stances and kicks, chansijin
(silk reeling energy), development of correct body allignment and taiji
principles: whole body movement, relaxation, sinking energy.
Section 2:
Introduction to 72 movement form (laojia), further development of taiji
principles, chansijin and tuishou, introduction to fajin (power issuing).
Yin Style Baguazhang Study Group
Strengthening postures, turning, basic strikes, forms, applications and large saber.
